Nit Levels

Nit levels provide a way of using nit cards to encourage action in tournaments.

At the beginning of each level before the final table, the dealer will issue a nit card to each player. When a player wins a pot, they return the nit card to the dealer. Players still holding a nit card at the end of a level must pay an ante of 5 big blinds for the first pot of the new level.

At the final table, players will once again receive a nit card. The last player holding a nit card at the final table is eliminated and their chips are removed from play.
